Welcome and Introduction (15 minutes)
Begin your VIP experience with a warm welcome and a comprehensive safety briefing. Understand the fundamentals of interacting with our horses, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Horsemanship and Riding Lessons (1 hour)
Dive into a tailored horsemanship lesson covering horse safety, grooming, and saddling, followed by a riding lesson. Whether you're a novice or an experienced rider, our expert instructors will enhance your skills and confidence, preparing you for the scenic journey ahead.
Beach Ride (1 hour)
Embark on a guided horseback journey through coastal hills, with panoramic views of the ocean escorting you to the serene beach. Experience the unique thrill of riding alongside the beach, guided by our skilled instructors, ensuring a memorable and safe ride.
Beach Leisure or Picnic *add on* (30 minutes)
At the beach, enjoy 30 minutes of leisure time to relax or have a picnic. While we take care of transporting your picnic down to the beach, please note the picnic itself is to be provided by you. It's the perfect time to unwind, enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves, and bask in the natural beauty surrounding you.
Cancellation Policy
At Ocean View Stables, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive horsemanship experiences that prioritize education, safety, and the well-being of our horses and participants. Due to the unique nature of our programs and the significant preparation involved, the following cancellation policy applies to all experiences:
Deposit Policy: All experiences at Ocean View Stables require a deposit to secure your spot and reserve the necessary horses and resources. This deposit functions as a non-refundable retainer fee to hold your reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations Made by Participants: If a participant needs to cancel their reservation, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. This policy ensures that our stable can cover preparation costs and maintain readiness for all scheduled experiences.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, provided you inform us at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled time. The deposit can be transferred to the new booking date once per participant.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience or failure to show up for the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Additionally, a no-show may impact your ability to book future experiences with us.
Cancellations Made by Ocean View Stables:
In the rare event that Ocean View Stables needs to cancel or reschedule an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, or horse welfare), participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, the deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled session or refunded if rescheduling is not feasible.
